Washing

- Wash the clothes inside out with similar colors.

- Use cold or lukewarm water to prevent shrinkage and color fading.

Drying

- Air-dry whenever possible to maintain shape and fabric quality

- If using a dryer, use a low-heat setting and remove promptly.

Ironing

- Iron inside out on a low to medium heat setting.

- Avoid ironing directly over prints, logos, or embellishments.

Storage

- Fold the clothes neatly or hang on padded hangers to maintain shape.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Regular Inspection

- Check for loose threads, stretched areas, or stains and address promptly to keep the clothes looking their best.

Return Period

Every item is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. Customers may request a return or exchange if the item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue. Please contact us promptly upon receiving such an item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

- Remains in original condition

- Unused and undamaged

- Original packaging, labels, and accessories are fully intact
